So I am working on a graffiti documentary and I am editing some footage. I have been doing some chroma keyer effect and keying it to the music. What I am wondering is if there is a way for me to hear the audio when I move frame by frame in the effects window. Now I have to advance the frame in the timeline to be able to hear the audio then go back to the effect window to adjust the key properties. Any suggestions on being able to hear audio when I advance the frame in the effect window or am I just going to have to deal with it?

Cheers
Tony

Do you mean Audio Scrubbing?

Scrubbing is probably what you mean. Another suggestion that may save you some time is to drop markers on the beats. It does take a bit of practice for non musicians but that practice will pay off when "mapping" a song rhythmically. (sorry if youre a musician...worked with a lot of editors who have "the beat" and a lot more who have less than a drunk 3-legged dog!) Once your markers are laid in, it's all visual again and keyframing becomes super simple.
