Looks like an 8/16 SDI(SD/HD?) switcher with integrated 8 XLR I/O and dual power supplies. If the picture weren't so grainy, I could read the input lables and maybe search properly for the sucker! Hmmm... you've piqued my interest. I'll keep looking...

OK, found it! It's an EVS XT[2] production server! PDF brochure here: http://www.evs.tv/01/MyDocuments/DOC_XT2__EN.pdf has the same image, but better quality.

Aha. The one our college got was the XT and not a XT2. They just used the XT2 image on their blog.
