Just a note about the stellar service from Canon - In a dark reception hall I was pulling my T2i out of my case and I cracked the LCD screen on the corner of my slider. Canon received it on the 7th of September. I just received a notice they overnighted it to me and I'll have it tomorrow, the 14th. No charge - covered under warranty - one week turnaround. Very impressed.

I totally expected to pay for the repair. That's why I was so surprised to get the note that it was covered and sent back with overnight shipping. And this is service for a "consumer" camera...
