8-9s zooming in effect. I guess the only way is using 3D source alpha rite? The ease in effect (like in AE) is very hard to achieve manually. If only there is a plugin or some kinda controls to make it easier!

Go to transitions, Cross Effect...third from left (A only)....sample show zooming out...I believe you can reverse that. Hope this helps.

If so, it's just a simple zoom in coupled with Radial Blur (both keyframed) in Vegas.
