The duplicator I have has the controller DVD-399. The issue I have is, the duplicator keeps burning up my DVD-Roms. The drives will fail and I smell burnt electric parts from the DVD-Rom drive. I’ve gone through two in a month. I don’t know if it’s a controller issue or a power supply issue. The dvd-burners are fine, those aren't affected, only the ROM drive. Thank you.

I just stuck 4 x DVD drives in my computer and used the extended version of the burning software to do my dupes. That worked for me.
