I read threads about this problem previously, but can't seem to find any of them tonight .... sorry.

With PPro CS5.0.1 and CFHD 60i clips transcoded with Neo4K 5.0.7, all the audio reconforms every time I reopen the project. I recall this being a problem with CFHD clips a while back, but I thought it had been resolved ... can anyone clarify and/or recommend a solution?

It is an Adobe bug. Under Edit->Preferences->Media uncheck "Write XMP ID to file on import" -- get its an endless loop think the file is new (because it wrote to it -- or something like that.) With it unchecked it will conform only once.
