So I just got my nanoFlash, recorded some test footage into MOV format, couldn't import it into Premiere CS5 or After Effects CS5. Downloaded the MainConcept Premiere CS5 plugin and re-recorded my footage into MXF format and was able to import it into Premiere CS5 without a hitch. However when I went to "Replace with After Effects Composition" After Effects CS5 crashed. Should I export the footage to an uncompressed 1080p AVI or is there a better workflow? I touch up every frame of my projects in After Effects with tons of filters so it is a necessity for me.

Did you already spend the $800+ for the plugin? I ask because there is a simple plugin for only $80 Calibrated{Q} XD Decode Overview (http://www.calibratedsoftware.com/QXD.asp) that lets you play the MOV files within Premiere and AE.

Thankfully I hadn't, I was only using the demo version. The demo of that plugin worked like a charm, I'll definitely have to purchase it.
