Hey,

Just got this thought one day (probably is not something really new) and I've tested it and was pleased with the results, especially for the investment that is zero if you already have a tripod, which most folks have.

I've put up a quick example of how it works and footage comparison.

I do this sometimes as well when I need to pull focus handheld. I find it's even better if you have the strap around your neck for another point of stabilization.

Nice video Mugurel! Another one I use is the Indislider, it has feet that work like handles, and the back feet work well as a pressure/ stabilization point on your neck. It was also pretty cheap! I should do a vid with that as well...

@David: Agree with having the strap around your neck, just didn't wanted someone to end up strangled because of my demo :p
