just returned from a vacation and attempted to download my avchd files from canon hfs100, and neoscene wouldnt recognize it. i updated to 5.04 a month ago...and it worked. did i somehow make a mistake. i have attempted several times to update to 5.11 this morning and no emails sent to my email address.. david whats going on...?

still no reply ....cineform does not now recogniae the canon camera, nor does it recogniae the sandisk file card reader. the sound also has not come through even tho you recommended downloading the AC3 filter.
