If you are willing to break up the kit, I'd like to know the prices on the Sigma and/or Rokinon lenses w/ adapters. Thanks!

Jeff Harper
February 21st, 2012, 10:40 AM
Hmmm, now that I would be interested in doing.

The Sigma and Rokinon, with the Panasonic adapter and the Canon adapter $550. The Sigma has a lens hood but no lens cap, but it has a UV filter attached, there are NO scratches, lens and filter are perfect.

Rokinon is perfect, used once. If you're interested let me know.

For sale, in perfect condition, a Canon HV30 with two of the largest batteries available (Impact brand) and a single regular Canon battery. I've used the camera maybe 10 times as a backup. Batteries are excellent and last for ages.

Included the AC adapter. There is a UV filter attached to the camera that has stayed on since I bought the camera, so the lens is perfect.

email me here or call Jeff at 513-708-3362. Credit card, paypal accepted. I'll pay for cheapest shipping, or you pay for other shipping method.

I'm thinking about selling my 5D Mark II as I just received my Scarlet allocation.

Almost brand new (very few personal pictures taken only, never used for photo professionally. Used for video professionally on a few projects and weddings) , original box.

Make me some offers!

How about $1500?

I can't believe these are already worth about as much as a GL2.

Jeff Harper
February 21st, 2012, 09:59 PM
Your camera, if it's as lightly used as you say, is definitely worth $1600 or more. Yours should be close to mint condition, and the cheapest used one on Ebay is currently $1700.

GL2s are almost worthless anymore, not so your XH-A1.

Of course the real value is what someone is willing to pay, but IMO don't drop below $1500 unless you are desperate.

Canon 7D body for sale...B&H price..$1699 minus $100 = $1599 Mine...$1399
EF 17-40mm f4L lens......B&H price..$_797 minus $_60 = $_737 Mine....$ 725 (with $55 Hoya SMC uv filter)

Total....$2124 includes PayPal fees, UPS ground lower 48, and insurance

The body has under 1000 (and I believe this includes video) shutter actuations (0895 as I type this), both items are cosmetically perfect and function fully and properly. This combination (body, lens, & filter) is weather sealed, I’ve had it out in moderate rain twice without any problems (I kept a towel in the truck and dried it off immediately upon getting back in). This lens is not for sale separately, if the body does not sell I want the lens to use with it; the body, however, I am willing to sell by itself at the "Mine" price above.

Read the reviews on B&H to see how others feel this gear works, I’ve enjoyed the camera and this lens is phenomenal in the hands of one who knows what he’s doing.

Video function is awesome. Both NTSC and PAL frame rates in one camera, dedicated video switch, and full manual settings on shutter, aperture, and ISO. I haven’t had the overheating problems some have reported, but I also do not try to run the camera for long periods of time. I’ve done mostly narrative stuff where once a scene is done there is another to setup and run through, so I shut cameras off to conserve battery power while doing that.

Both items come with original box and all accessories that were factory included in the box. Also included at no extra charge are two SanDisk Extreme IV 45MB/s 8GB Compact Flash cards (never had a lost or corrupted file) and a Giottos Schott Glass protector over the LCD (been there since the first week I had the camera so the LCD should have NO scratches or abrasions). I'll also "toss in" David Busch's well illustrated book "Canon EOS 7D", 473 pages of what the instruction manual should have been.

Reason for selling (and why shutter count is so low): At my age I’ve been using lighter gear (T2i, T3i, and 60D) so I just have not been using the 7D and L series lenses that much.

I pay PayPal fees, UPS ground shipping fees, and insurance.

Not a bad price, considering the hard case being included. I recently paid $1800 locally for an A1S without the hard case. My A1 and A1S should match up well.

Again, don't be in a hurry to drop your price too much.

If you put in on Ebay for $1700 with the case it would sell fast, I would guess, just emphasize the good condition of the camera.

Price drop.

Looks like I had it overpriced. $1195 for the camera body, lens if purchased with the 7D body will be $695.

Total for both will be $1890

I pay PayPal fees, UPS ground to lower 48, and insurance.

Both items are in just about "as new" shape, while I've had the 7D body since about November 2009, it has less than 1000 shutter actuations (right now 895 to be exact), so it's been very lightly used and well protected (carried only in a bag or case, and stored in a safe).

The lens was purchased in Feb 2010. Again, kept well protected.

Lens and camera have both been out in the rain twice (ya gotta do this with weather sealed gear at least once just to see the looks on people's faces), but were dried off well before going back in the bag.

I have a Primera ComposerMAX DVD duplicator that I no longer use. It's a robotic arm and disc printer that burns and prints DVDs up to 500 at a time. Unfortunately it works intermittently and I don't want to spend the money to fix it ($450 flat fee from Primera). Everything works fine except the picker arm sometimes does not respond as it should. The machine has all necessary parts and software. It requires a PC to operate.

I live in the same town as Primera, so if the buyer wanted to get it fixed, I could drop off the machine for repair for you and then have Primera ship it directly to you (included in repair price), saving A LOT on shipping costs.

It's really pretty cool when it's running the process, and makes quick work of big duplication jobs. Not exactly sure what it's worth AS-IS, but they sell for parts on eBay for $500+ Perhaps something like $300 would be fair, and I'd drop it off for you. Make me an offer.... Shipping would be somewhere around $100, or local pickup in Minneapolis.

Thanks for the offer, but these days I'm moving to lighter gear and that lens of yours would get too heavy for me to "lug" around and use.

One of the reasons my 7D has so little use on it (895 shutter actuations) is that I've been using the T2i and T3i on most projects. Lighter and easier to move around.

Once again, thanks but I have to "pass".

I have licenses for the following versions of Sony Vegas Pro up for sale:

* Sony Vegas Pro 10 & DVD Architect Pro 5.2: $125 (upgrades are allowed, as I did not upgrade to version 11)
* Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 & DVD Architect Pro 4.5/5.0: $80 (upgrades not allowed)
* Sound Forge Audio Studio 9.0: $20 (upgrades are allowed)

I'm selling these licenses, because as a high school teacher, I got a good deal on Adobe's Master Collection. I will accept payment via PayPal.

Sony allows license transfers for their products. Licenses which have not been used for upgrades can be used to upgrade to the latest version of the software. Licenses which have been previously used to upgrade can not be used to upgrade to the latest version.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

A great video lens for your Canon DSLR. I've replaced it with the Canon 8-15L. I have owned this Canon EF 15mm f2.8 fisheye lens for about two years. It has served primarily as a video lens, with a little work for stills, too. It works perfectly, is a great example of the breed. The Canon cap is notoriously loose, so I've always had a bit of gaffer's tape on it to make sure it doesn't fall off. The front element (which is pristine) needs to be protected at all times when the lens is not in use.

This lens will serve you well, and I guarantee that it is in perfect working condition with clean optics and glass.
