I have a new NX5U. and I am unable to download video on the Vegas Platinum program. At this point Sony Creative Software tech. services has been unable to help me. I an not very computer literate. I am able to download to Content Management Utility but it won't open to external program (Vegas Platinum). I have used this program with my old tape driven Sony camera with no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried downloading the movie files onto your computer first with the included software and then importing them in Sony platinum...I know Vegas Pro and Pinnacle14 handles my AX2000 footage easily.....

Thanks for the info., The NX5U apparently is not compatable with Vegas Studio 9 & I had to upgrade to Vegas Movie Studio 10
