I went out of bounds on 2 accounts here, but I promised to put something together for the UWOL crew. I filmed on Thursday and Saturday which 'technically' adds up to 48hrs of filming. I also had to include 2 clips in the middle which were taken a couple of months ago, all the rest is new. Oh well, here is a commercial spec I put together to promote to a local sports beverage company. I have to admit that I like water based photography.

Bill, I have never tried surfing before, but seing your video made me want to try. It looks fun!
Very well made, and I agree with you about water based film/photo. It adds that little extra to the film.

Bill i have to admit, those water scenes you are shooting sure are AWESOME, especially capturing the surfer as he is coming towards you and then he changes directions at the last minute is simply perfect, and the music makes you want to just SURF all day, lucky you for living HAWAII.

Bill,
having grown up in southern california in the 50's and 60's how could I not love good surf footage!!!!
the shot of the surfer coming right to you, piviting out and leaving you in the wave was the money shot, I think it was at 28 seconds in. The next shot was at 58 quite a similar shot but not quite as dramatic.
Oh yea, loved the under water opening shot!!!!
thanks for sharing agian!!!!!
Very much enjoyed.
