HI Bill,

Will do, it arrived today and I am very impressed with the quality. You were not kidding it is light. Nice touch with a pouch for each part.

Will put it right to work next week, not this week in the R44. Will have the producer take a few shots of it in action as clip on.

A number of things for sale. All prices include shipping on me.

TILTA BS-T03 Baseplate w/ 15mm Rods - $250
A nice shoulder mount baseplate that works for DSLRs and small video cameras like the AF100. Has a really nice low-profile shoulder pad, front and rear 15mm rod mounting points and in addition to standard 1/4" and 3/8" tripod plate mounting holes, has an integrated V-Lock system for going right on a professional-style tripod plate.

Canon 80-200mm F2.8 "Magic Drainpipe" - $400
A legendary telephoto lens! Has some quirks, but still fully capable of taking great pictures. Glass is in very good condition with no scratches. Some very minor dust. No fungus. Black construction is nice and discreet; get a F2.8 zoom for a fraction of the cost of one of those white lenses. Includes lens, tripod collar, caps, hood, hard case and original box.

LanParte FF-02 - A-B Hard Stop Follow Focus - $275

Bought a year ago and used sparingly. Has quick release rail mount and A/B hard stops. Dry erase marking ring and the gear can switch from front to rear mounting positions. VERY smooth and no backlash. Great piece of kit but I don't use it enough to keep it. Good condition with a few marks in the paint where the hard stops are.

Xbox 360 Slim 4GB Game System - $120

Great for kids or clients. Or both. Comes with a HDMI cable and controller.

LINKYO 7mm Premium Clear Slim Double DVD Cases 100 Pack - $20

Ordered these by mistake. They're slim clear DVD cases that have spots for 2 discs. http://www.supermediastore.com/product/u/dvd-case-dvd-cases-slim-double-clear-dvd-case-100

I purchased a Kessler K-Flex Dolly Ultimate kit along with a Kessler Pocket Jib kit a few years ago. I've used them a number of times on various projects, and I must say, they work great together! Here are some informational inks to the gear from the Kessler Crane website:

K-Flex kit: K-Pod Complete - Dolly Ultimate (http://www.kesslercrane.com/product-p/1001493.htm)
Pocket Jib Kit: Pocket Jib (http://www.kesslercrane.com/product-p/pocket_jib.htm)

I am now looking to sell the gear mainly to clear some room and to free up funds for an upcoming project. I purchased the gear for about $2900.00 two years ago and am willing to entertain offers. I'd like to see it go locally first (I'm in the New Orleans area) because of higher shipping costs but am willing to entertain other offers.

I'm asking $1300.00 plus shipping for the K-Flex Ultimate kit and $900.00 for the jib and case. Or... $2100.00 plus shipping for the whole shebang.

I'll post my pics of the rig soon.

I hope this is OK to post this here.

I have had my newly converted Canon FD 150-600 f5.6 lens stolen/gone missing in the UK Postal Service en-route to Norway. I know how these things travel around, so should you be offered this lens I would appreciate any information that might lead to its return.

The lens is a pristine example that was on its way back from Les Bosher after having a universal mount fitted and separate zoom focus wheel conversion.

Serial Number is 10371

It still has the name of the previous owner written with a permanent marker inside the handle. (St**en Jo**son)

Thanks in advance,

James

This is a turnkey SD transmitter package. Why would anyone want analog and/or SD in this day and age? Many cameras still output SD (composite video). Analog transmission is often longer range and more reliable than current WHDI sticks (Nyrius Aries, etc). The analog bands are quite a bit less cluttered than they were back in the day, as broadcast stations are no longer using them. This kit went out with Shane Hurlbut for much of "Act of Valor", he was a big fan.

Included in the package:

Dynawave Transmitter: this is a Canadian-made transmitter built as an alternative and upgrade to the venerable Modulus 3000 (the standard transmitter for years on TV shows and movies). It added digital channel selection and more robust electronics, while keeping the same size and connectors as the Modulus. Very trusty transmitter. Unlike most single channel surveillance-style transmitters, this is a professional grade unit that allows for direct tuning of any frequency by channel number.
More info: VTX-100 Video Transmitter (http://www.dynawave.ca/vtx100.htm)

Camos Monitor: One of the last and best consumer handhelds that allowed direct access tuning to the analog spectrum. Packaged with custom-designed cage and handgrips and battery plate. Very light.
More info: Cramped Attic Technology > Camos Monitor (http://www.crampedattic.com/camos/)

Comes with four Sony (not OEM) batteries with onboard meters and dual-place smart charger, two P-tap power cables, and custom foamed case.

This package new cost $3500. Selling for $700 OBO.

Selling my 2 week old Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera package;
~ bought it to try it out but camera is too professional for my needs, this is a true film-maker's camera (or professional videographer.)
To make this camera shine, you must be good at color grading, which i am not, hence the sale~~~~
DaVinci Resolve works beautifully with the footage produced, truly professional outstanding quality!
Package includes;
Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera (in box as purchased when new- all papers and cords included!)
Genuine Sandisk Extreme Pro 128 GB SD Card (this is the ONLY SD card that is approved by Blackmagic for use with this camera normally $239!)
Rode Videomic Pro Stereo (bought 4 days ago- virtually new, this is the "Stereo" version which is more expensive and with better audio capture.)
The Rode Mic shown is the ONLY mic that works with these cameras as they need +20db signal into the camera for audio to be recorded, works beautifully!
(Other mics can be used if used with a preamp.)
3 Batteries total with car charger as well as a/c charger!
$1500 firm, no trades or lower offers- please no time wasters, cash and carry!
Camera has about 35 minutes of use~ 100% mint, no marks or scuffs!
Listed on Craigslist locally in south Florida here:

Any idea of cost to repair the camera? Is more or less unusable at this point? Does this model have the HD/SD SDI output via BNC? Thanks.

Matt Reszke
October 27th, 2013, 10:46 PM
Hi,

I submitted a repair estimate on camcorderrepair.com they said to replace the head and the audio jack it will cost $268. They are based in L.A.

The camera is still usable if you use the FireWire or HD/SDI via bnc however, this model does not support audio through bnc, only video.

If you have an external FireWire HDD recorder or if you use the camera in a studio, it will work great. Or if you like the standard tape recording the repair will be worth it.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Thank you.

Hello,

I am looking to pick up a used Canon XF305. I have been watching the forums for a while as well as ebay in hopes of finding one. All the ebay auctions I have seen are either damaged or have turned out to be scams when I dig in further. If you have one and want to part with it please let me know.

Thanks,

Yep,

I saw that one and am very tempted but the camera is to join my other two which I use for live production on an HD-SDI switcher for multi camera setups. I could connect it via HDMI I guess and always make that camera the closest one but I also lose the time code sync for later editing... I guess I could use a slate.... argh....

Thanks, if I get desperate that is an option.

Thanks,

I'm selling my Nikon D800 (and many lenses, either separately or with the body) only because I'm downsizing my gear, as I just don't have enough time to use it properly. The camera, as I'm sure you know, is incredible (and is great for video, having pioneered the "clean-HDMI out" feature).

Some key points:

I bought it new, and I'm the only one to have ever shot with the camera; I'm an enthusiast, not a pro, so it's lived in the air-conditioned, nonsmoking indoors for most of its life, and it's been babied (no drops, bangs, or even the lightest of rain exposure).

It's in immaculate condition -- all buttons, dials, ports, doors, gaskets, etc. look and operate like brand-new, and there is no button label paint rub-off of any kind); both the rear and top LCDs were immediately protected by GGS protectors, which have remained on the camera its entire life; lenses were changed infrequently and quickly, always indoors with the body facing down -- I've never needed to clean the sensor; the only slight cosmetic issue is that the rubber grip recently loosened ever so slightly (by which I mean you can see it has slightly popped out on the bottom edge, near the battery compartment, but you would never know it if you just grabbed the camera and shot all day -- it's not at all slipping or about to fall off).

The camera has 21,916 clicks on the shutter.

It's protected by an extended, 5-year Mack Warranty, which covers the camera until July 10, 2017; the warranty is fully transferable, and I'll pay the $20 transfer fee.

I sent the camera to Nikon in Melville, NY at the end of April 2013 for the famous "left AF" recalibration (and general cleaning, not that it needed it); it came back with vastly improved autofocus and so appeared to be a complete success -- I purposely waited until the recablibration procedure seemed to be in full swing at Nikon).

Comes with the original box and all included bits, including a never-used Nikon strap.
I'm including 3 extra EN-EL15 batteries, for a total of 4 batteries, all of which are reported as being in "new" condition by the camera.

I'm also including the Nikon DK-17M magnifying eyepiece, as well as an extra GGS screen protector set (stick on type) and 2 extra GGS snap-on type protectors (don't ask me why I went overboard and bought all those).

Price: $2300.00 (I'll include insured, UPS/FedEx ground shipping within the continental US)

I'm more than happy to send pictures of the camera on request -- but there's not much to show, given my description above!

I also have available for sale (separately or together with the D800): my AF-S Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 G ED lens; my AF-S VR Micro Nikkor 105 f/2.8 IF-ED lens; my AF-S Nikkor 18-35 f/3.5-4.5 G ED lens, and finally my Nikon SB-910 AF Speedlight (all items in similarly minty condition, including all original boxes and accessories).

Thanks!

Brent

I'm selling some of my Edelkrone gear, simply because I had expected a specific need for it, but it didn't end up going that way. So my poor planning turns into your bargain!

Everything is in excellent condition and has seen basically no use at all. It was never used professionally and has always lived in the air-conditioned indoors, just sitting there. Never dropped, handled roughly, or exposed to weather of any kind. I simply played around in the house with its endless configurations and ultimately let it sit on my tripod. There are no dents or dings. The only wear is exactly where marks would necessarily appear on first use (e.g., where the tripod plate slides in the track, where 1/4-20 screws are tightened down, etc.)

I have for sale:

1. Edelkrone Modula 7 rig (this includes the incredible rotating Twister Shoulder Pad with adjustable/extendable counterbalance system, the EVF/Monitor holder, and all the other parts that come with the rig. I even have the original (gigantic) box if you really must have it. This sells new for $1300, but I will let it go for $650 shipped, in order to have a quick sale.

2. Edelkrone FocusPLUS+ follow focus (this is the one that includes rod-mounted handles and a follow focus knob positioned way down low where you can pull focus while still holding on to the rig handles; alternatively, you can use it without handles, on a tripod, and rotate the focus knob in an arc to any comfortable position far from the lens, rather than having to reach for the lens itself, where follow focus knobs normally sit). This sells new for $800, but I will let it go for $400 shipped, in order to have a quick sale.

3. Edelkrone FocusONE Pro follow focus (this is the extremely compact follow focus that also allows you to tilt the focus knob upward or downward, rather than forcing it to be perpendicular to the lens barrel; this also makes it easy to use on a shoulder rig, since you can position it at less of a reach from your handles). This sells new for $290, but I will let it go for $145 shipped, in order to have a quick sale.

I also have other assorted Edelkrone pieces (handgrip, compact shoulder pad, pro camera plate, and several accessory hot shoe to 1/4-20 connectors, as well as a complete assortment of spare thumbscrews for the rig)...these extra pieces let you convert the Modula 7 rig down to a Modula 3 rig, etc. All of these extras add up to $500 new, but I'll simply include them as a bonus with purchase of the Modula 7 rig, rather than hassle with selling them individually.

Thanks,
Brent

I'm getting out of the professional video business. We're far too busy with web development, so something has to go. It's too bad - I really love video, but there's more money and it's easier to find work in web development.

I've pretty much sold all my equipment, all that's left is the software and graphics I've assembled over the past seven years. The following is available as one lot ONLY - you're buying what remains of my video business (which I believe is one of the only ways you are permitted to resell Digital Juice products according to their TOS.)

You will receive all software listed below, as well as all emails with activation keys (if required), and the username/password for my Digital Juice account in case you need to access these keys/download products in the future. All software has been deleted from my computer and all projects using said graphics/software have long since been deleted.

I know I've spent $8-$10k on this stuff. I'd sure like to get $2k for it all. While I'm no longer a "video professional", I would entertain trade offers, mostly stuff a video hobbyist would use, like a compact HD camera (Panasonic HMC-40, Sony HVR-Z1, etc.)

Here is what is included:

Software:
Sony Vegas Pro version 9 (boxed) - has been installed and registered, however I do not believe the serial number has been used for any upgrades.
Sony Vegas Pro version 11 (boxed) - has been installed and registered
ProAnimator 4.5.1 - Windows (download)

I have two Global Media Pro batteries and dual charger for sale. They are the Li230s model and are the Red "RR" compatible. They do pass time/percentage to our Epic.

Each battery is V-Mount and 230wh (BIG ONES!). One battery would run our Epic + LCD for nearly 3 1/2 hours.

The batteries were used for one feature film we shot in the spring, so roughly 4 months of use.

Dual charger is the SCA2S model. Was only used for these two batteries.

Asking $700 + shipping of your choice. I can take Paypal, cashiers check or cash if you're local. US shipping only, no international. I won't split these up, they come as a package!

Item is located in Austin, TX

Message me with any question!

Selling a couple of Panasonic Lumix GH2's. $1,200.00 for everything pictured here. Both include Panasonic 14-42mm kit lens, retail boxes, and accessories. There are five Panasonic batteries included. They are currently hacked with a conservatively higher bitrate, but I can un-hack them in a few seconds if needed. Also included is a Kipon Canon EF to M43 adapter with built-in iris, a pair of remote shutter releases, a 5000 maH battery and charger with DC Couplers for booting the cameras in sync for 3D shooting, a pair of AC adapters, and most (if not all) of the original accessories included in the box. Both cameras have been used primarily for video, so their shutter count is quite low and both are in great working condition.

The Edelkrone FocusPLUS+ is now also sold!

The Modula 7 rig plus all the free extras is still available -- it's a bargain at my expense. I'm happy to answer questions, discuss, and send pictures on request.

Thanks,

Brent
