This is fantastic lens with great reviews for edge to edge clarity, distortion, focusing and bokeh. The lens is in pristine condition with no defects. One nice thing about this lens is that it uses a 77mm filter which means it shares the same size filters as many other lenses such as the Canon 24-70 L and the Sony EX1.

The shade split and was repaired with glue and gaff tape as can be seen in the photos with no negative effects.

The lens is 2 years old, lightly used, never used in the rain and stored under air conditioning.

This is a rugged well engineered wheeled equipment case with extended handle that doubles as an airline checked bag. I watched it fall 6' from the top luggage cart in Haiti and come out unscathed with contents undamaged. I added a handle at the end for ease of schlepping it around and I padded the interior handle mechanism to protect the contents. The case was used once.

Before reverting to the world’s flea market, I thought I’d post my Sony PMW-EX1R kit here for sale. I've decided to break it down into a base package, with some option packages.

The core package includes my EX1R, owned by me since new, with only 72 hrs. on it, firmware v1.30. It's in pristine condition physically and operationally. Included are the Sony BC-U1 battery charger, the standard BP-U30 battery, remote control, one Sony SBP-16 SxS card, A/V cable, Hoya 77mm UV filter that's always been on the lens, and Operating manual. I think I recycled the original box so I'll include the Kata bag I've used for hand travel. Camera was purchased a little over 3 years ago, and is in perfect condition. Price here on DVInfo is $3,650 + $45 for insured shipping to lower 48. I checked ebay, and fwiw recent auctions were around $4,000 for ones with similar basic kit but more hours. PayPal is fine – I’ll eat the PayPal cost – or cash or bank check if you’re in the Portland, OR area, and can pick the camera up.

I'm selling my 1.2K ARRI Fresnel HMI. Have owned it for about 4 years and it just doesn't get used very much these days. The previous owner said he had never reset the hour meter on it, and the reading shows 626h.

This light is in good working order and has never given me any issues. The ballast is the old magnetic type, which is heavy but still works great. Yes, you can power this light from a standard household outlet.


Included: A ~50ft ballast to head cable, barn doors, bulb (has about 20-25 hours on it) a full kit of scrims from filmtools (like new) and a rolling crank stand.
Not pictured, but included: I also have an extra housing, complete with lens. The housing and lens are in great shape. Nice to have extra parts.

Asking price is $3500. I'm located in Sonoma, CA about an hour North of San Francisco, but I'm willing to deliver this as far South as San Jose and as far East as Sacramento.
