Hi there... I recently acquired my T2i, and am not quite in the budget level to add much to the lens department. I do however have an old Minolta XG-1, and a few lenses with it.
I have a Rokkor X 45mm 1:2 MD lens, a 28mm Minolta 1:2.8 MD, and Minolta Zoom 75-200mm 1:4.5 Md lens.
I also found this adapter on ebay: AF Confirm Minolta MD MC Lens to Canon EOS EF Adapter - eBay (item 370391954637 end time Jul-05-10 06:44:44 PDT) (http://cgi.ebay.com/AF-Confirm-Minolta-MD-MC-Lens-Canon-EOS-EF-Adapter-/370391954637?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Lens_Accessories&hash=item563d14b4cd#ht_2957wt_913)
So I guess my questions are: Would this work with these lenses? and Would the quality be worthwhile for video, or am I better off getting the Canon 50mm 1.8 (which the only other lens I could possible afford?)
Thanks.
