I want to be able to loop two (or possibly more) non-contiguous regions from a clip on the timeline. As an example, in the screen shot I have placed loop markers between the time markers #1 and #2. Is there a way I can place a concurrent pair of loop markers between, say, time markers #3 and #4 and then have Vegas cycle through the two loops, leaving out the middle section (between #2 and #3).
At a wild guess I tried double clicking the chosen sections, one after the other, while holding down Shift. Naah! I knew this probably wouldn't work.
In case you are wondering, this approach would seem a quick alternative to test-out various trial sequences of cuts in a long take, as opposed to inserting and deleting prospective cuts on the time-line from the trimer. Is that beyond Vegas?

Footnote: I tried to do this in the trimmer too, where it would be even more useful.
