Chris Hurd July 21st, 2005, 12:14 AM Incredible. What a great app. Thanks for sharing this, much appreciated!
Chris Davis July 21st, 2005, 06:36 AM Don't forget to check out moon.google.com (http://moon.google.com). Be sure to zoom way in on the Apollo missions, it's cool.

Chris, That's kinda cheesy, don't you think?
Mike Teutsch July 21st, 2005, 07:08 AM It is cool! Old pictures though, at least three years old. Probably the ones that are unclassified.
THANKS...

Har har har!
Imran Zaidi July 21st, 2005, 09:09 AM Really neat tool. Weird though - I punched in Osama Bin Laden and it zoomed me in on Kansas. Spooooky.
Steven Gotz July 21st, 2005, 10:03 AM I know it is not very current, but to be able to tell that I have one trash can, and my neighbor has two, out by the alley, is pretty amazing. And I can tell by the shadow that my shed is a bit larger than the other neighbor.

Dammit!

Steve, when you zoom in on the shadow behind your shed, isn't that Chris Hurd? What's he doing at your house?
Steven Gotz July 21st, 2005, 01:43 PM Checking out my HDTV setup? Lusting after my Sony HDR-FX1?
Nah! Chris lives a far piece down the road. Garland and San Marcos are 244 miles apart. Remember, Texas is a big place.
Besides, we have an alarm system on the house and any time we go anywhere for any decent length of time, the camera comes with me.

Way to go Steven! :)
