I have exported an H.264 video from Pemiere CS5 but TMPGen Express 4.0 won't accept the file anymore. My CS3 works just fine. My work around is to change the extension file from .m4v to .mp4 and works just fine just FYI.

You can also change the files to mts or m2ts.
