My wife and I recently started a wedding videography business. After renting cameras for a few years, we purchased two GH1's a few months ago. Now that wedding season is again upon us, we had our first opportunity to try them out.
Everything was filmed in "Smooth" mode and with the 1.7 pancake lens. About 75% of the shots are from the Steadicam Merlin (often braced against my shoulder rather than "flying").
As the video will show, we had some user-errors which we're learning from. (The camera was auto-white balancing at one point while filming.) Before next time we're going to work on manual focusing and setting exposure better.
