I've searched for a good sample of a contract other then for weddings and can't seem to find one.

I will just use the "fill in" spots that I have on my wedding contract, but I'm really looking for a sample of the Terms and Conditions or fine print.

Can anyone forward me a maybe a sample of what you use?
