Can anyone recommend a supplier for DVD Duplicators. I have three finished projects using my NX5U camera and my supplier most recently sent me a duplicator DOA. I returned the unit and they are in the process of testing it. I suggested that it should have been tested before shipping it out. The fans did not even turn. ( bad power supply) I am looking for a supplier with eSATA drives. I usually produce the video project and my customers purchase the duplicator and handle the production. I will no longer recommend megalynx7. When I last contacted them on the telephone, their computer system was down and could not give me any update. They later called me to say they were testing the drives. The drives would not open for me because of the power supply. They could had at least sent me out another unit while the DOA unit was being shipped back and tested. This duplicator was for me. I am not sure what my customers deal with. I need a new supplier.
