My system is the following

Windows vista ultimate 64 bit
2 times intel Xeon 5140 2.33GHs
Memory 14Gb
Nvidea Quadro FX 3450
system drive WDC WD3000GLFS 10000rpm
AV drive 2 x WDC250 7000rpm in raid 0

Is this good enough for cs5

Thanks Rudy

Yes it should do fine, but your graphics card isn't one of the ones on the current "Adobe Certified" list so you may not be able to use GPU acceleration.

I agree with Pete. Also, the Quadro FX 3450 is very ancient by current graphics standards (in fact, it is the same GPU as a GeForce 6800) and does not even offer CUDA. Plus, the dual CPUs barely meet the minimum requirements for CS5 since they are server/workstation versions of the very first version of the Core 2 Duo (in fact, the Xeon 5140 is identical internally to a Core 2 Duo E6540/6550 except for the socket type). This makes the dual-Xeon 5140 setup roughly equivalent in performance to a system with one single Core 2 Quad Q6600 processor.
