Has anyone used this program with Vegas? What are your thoughts?
I am having a tough time figuring out how to use it.

What exactly are you trying to do?

trying to figure out how to use it and where it is located in vegas.

By default it will install into the Program Files/vstplugins folder when you install for Vegas. In Vegas, go to Options - Preferences to the VST tab and make sure it's pointing to that folder. Then they will show up beside all the other audio effects in the audio effects list.
