Guys, I just want to inform you that the new XF300 camera's mxf format can be dragged directly to the Vegas8 and 9 timeline. I had no problems with a 50Mbps 4:2:2 file. However I have not looked in details whether the colourspace is correctly interpreted.
50Mbps does slo the system a little.. took a while to load but I had no problems scrubbing with a i7 machine.

Sean, is this on 9.0d?
The reason I'm asking is that one guy on the Sony Vegas forum is saying that he can't get the new release to see his mxf files at all :-(
