I work at a small company where we do almost all our work in house, and my boss wants me to get our production schedule in order. I've been having a hard time because it's not easy for me to share and update our calendar based on his input. Does anyone here have success with any kind of cross-platform calendar system that allows multiple users to update a schedule? I'm looking for something that works on Mac OS X, which I and our other editors use, and Windows XP, which my boss and our office manager use for web and accounting work. I would also like to find something Internet-based because one of our editors works from her home 90 miles up the interstate.
I am aware from reading old posts that many people on DV Info like Movie Magic Scheduler, but we do instructional videos shot in a studio with almost zero crew so it doesn't apply. Really I'm looking for a non-video-specific application that's well suited for video production scheduling and deadlines.
Any suggestions?
