I'm looking for a machine supply that would sell rosettes for camera handles that don't cost the enormous sums wanted by places like Sachtler and Arri for a do it yourself camera handle project. Can't seem to find any supplier. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Manfrotto (theoretically) do replacement pan bar rosettes for their 519 heads.

HOWEVER, B&H deny all knowledge and you're better off asking a blind deaf mute than trying to find them on the Manfrotto web site (why IS their web site such a complete load of boll**ks? Possibly designed by the same blind deaf mute?).

Maybe a phone call to B&H or another Manfrotto dealer after the holiday will scare something up.

They ARE supposed to be out there.
