just built a system wth cs4 and i have a black majic intensity pro capture card with hdmi. when i play ex1r footage off the timeline, i seen nothing on the monitor ? is there a setting in cs4 i need to set up? what needs to be done.

I had this same problem until I realized I had to choose project pre-set from the Black Magic choices that are added when you install the software. My gripe is that the Intensity pro does not support the formats I like to shoot with my EX1 like 1080p which is the best format and strong point of owning an EX-1 in the first place. I called BM tech support but they were quite ambivalent about making firmware upgrade. I guess the I-pro card is now too old too make it current with new cameras (like the EX-1 is a new camera!)

I am looking at getting the Matrox Mini box and dumping the Pro card on E-bay.
