this video i exported, part of it jumps up and down a few times. starting when the models walk out, the bottom bar jumps. I exported it twice and it did the same thing. I used apple H264

it starts at about 33 seconds and then again at like 43 seconds.


when i play it in the timeline it does not do that. could it be the codec?
