Hello,

I have some 5dmk2 footage, 1080p 30, when I go to HDLINK and convert my file say to a different frame rate or frame size I get the left and right hand side edge of the video clip in green pixels.

If I do a convert to the same frame size and frame rate its fine no green edges.

It happens I re-size the frame size down in the convert options of HDLINK.

I am using the latest build I have always had this problem if I ever used HDLINK to convert a file.

Is there a work around for this?

Thanks,

Leo

I'm not seeing that.

I try Canon DSLR to 1280x720, 720x480, with and without Fast scale check. Try from Canon MOV sources and from 1080p CineForm AVIs. All looking fine.

Do you see the green edge in VirtualDub?

Hello David,

I tried converting into a Cineform file, then doing the downscale in HDLINK, the green line is there. Put the clip which I converted into Virtual Dub still got the green lines?

Thanks,

Leo

I don't undertstand the last question mark. Did you load the clip in VirtualDub, what did you see? Also try another PC.

Hello David,

I mean that I saw the Green line also in Virtual Dub on the re-sized Cineform file. I am back in London next week so I will test again on my workstation using Virtual dub.

Thanks,

Leo
