To all of you who live in the path of Hurricane Dennis, my thoughts are with you. Batten down, hunker down, or just leave.

I would not wish this on anyone, but I am glad it missed me this time. I was dead center on two last year here on the East coast of Florida.

Had some wind the last two days, and lots of rain, but nothing like what you are going to see. It did bring back some memories though, as my A/C went out yesterday morning. Good news---no power outage is causing it, like twice last year! Bad news---I am going to have to pay through the nose to get it fixed! Hey, I finally got by blue roof replaced a couple of months ago, and I'm ready for this year.

I have a son who is a Firefighter-EMT in Atlanta, and I'm sure he will be very busy. I know if you are on this forum, you probably have cameras that you are anxious to get footage with, but don't do anything stupid and stay safe.

All of you please take care of yourselves and be safe. You will be in our prayers.

Mike

Tired?
Yeah I'm tired of hearing all your Floridians whine about the hurricanes. It's only a bunch of wind and water... what's the big deal?

Must be the reason I moved to Arlington, must be. Yeah that's it. Darn it.

I finally have interior walls again, since the last batch raped and pillaged Florida. Well... the walls will be done Wednesday.
