Does anyone know the pin assignments of the WFT-4A II data port on the bottom of the 7D?

Also, has anyone opened up their 7D? I'm interested to know the specs on the VRAM as well as the USB bus- is it full speed 2.0? In general I'd love to hear from anyone who has put together hardware hacks for their 7D.
