You can use ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com/).

I have the lg burner installed in my Mac Pro. I had one on my G5 quad. I used toast to burn the blu ray disks and it worked just fine. Installing on the Mac Pro now is simpler than on the G5 and OSx recognized it just fine.

I have 2 Pioneer Blu-Ray burners on my Windows-7 I-7 PC. I burn from Sonyh Vegas Pro 9 64x with excellent results.

Yes, use ImgBurn as Adam posted above.

I have a Lacie external Blu-ray drive and I use Toast 8 Titanium for archiving my video files. The Lacie drive was one of the first Blu-ray drives out there and so is fairly slow at only 2x but it and Toast 8 do a great job of ensuring that I am backed up.

I have an LG USB BR drive and it works really well with both my Mac's and PC's. I use Toast on the Mac and Nero on the PC.
