It's Vegas-friendly as they have several tutorials on the site as well.

I have spent a lot of time searching recently for motion backgrounds and found these cool sites in addition to movietools.

Video Backgrounds - Video Elements (http://www.freevideobacks.com/)

This site has some nice free motion backgrounds. You can buy others for $1.00 each. (minimum purchase is 25 credits for $25.00) but they have both HD and SD and they are quite good. Lots of Sports, Worship, and Wedding themed stuff.

This site does not have any free stuff, but they have a nice Pro Scores audio disc and Designer FX disc with swooshes, impacts, ambience etc. They have awesome After Effects tutorials.

Thanks for the link - quite interesting stuff. The only problem here is; they're all sized for NTSC format - there are none sized for PAL format (720 x 576 / 1024 x 576).
