The rebate offer is supposed to end on March 31, 2010, though with the late availability of these FMU flash units, perhaps they will extend it. But to get to my question, I may be buying 2 Nx5U cameras and 2 FMU flash drives. I know the $500 rebate is good for purchasing 1 FMU flash unit, but I wonder if I would qualify for a second rebate if I purchased an additional one? I checked the wording on Sony's website but it isn't very clear. I've also emailed them about this but they haven't responded.

Was wondering if any one had any additional insight to share on this?

Well, I've purchaed 2 NX5Us and 2 FMU drives (not delivered yet) and I sure am expecting to get rebates on both FMU drives. What part of the description makes you think there may be a limit to one per customer?

The verbage on the rebate seems pretty clear to me:

"Limit one rebate per product purchased to end-users."

I sure hope I'm not missing something here! Let us know when you hear from Sony please.
