Will Premier accept direct import? Any other importing issues?

Btw, BH has 4 week lead time for this camera.

Premiere claims to be able to edit AVCHD natively. I've not tried it, but friends of mine who have say it's hugely processor-intensive. You're going to need a fast machine with tons of RAM.

My system plays it just fine but the audio doesn't import at all. I'm still trying to figure that out, but the files are otherwise just fine...in RT, too! :)
