I'm connecting a Sony GV-D1000 miniDV record deck to the XL H1. I go into Display Setup/TV Screen to turn off the EVF info from going out to the record deck, but I want to continue to have the date/time going out. Is there a way to keep date/time, but eliminate all of the other info from going out? Thanks.

OK, that wasn't hard to figure out. It's been a while since I worked with a Canon.
