I walked out the front door this morning and made a 'movie'. Mind you, this is the very first mov file I shot with this cam .. and I was concerned, because some of the other little cams I have end up with odd codecs that iMov cannot see with out the help of MPEG Streamclip.

And, as I am a 'stur fry' type who tends to treat every device as if it is Mac - I simply went out this morning (13f.!) and pressed buttons 'till I got a few clips. (the 7D book is on pre-order with Amazon and the manuals are in the box)

I came in plugged the card reader into the Macbook and imported a 15second clip. ...but - I never knew iMovie did SloMo - so I took 15sec and throttled it back into 2 minutes.

Wudda/Cudda/Shudda: Had I use a tripod .. paid attention to FOCUS!!! .. RTFM .. killed the audio ..I might have done something better. But while I was standing there; I took this still.

Too cool - fun to come.
