I just got the cam and am on the road with a Powerbook... Do I need MPEG Streamclip to import/modify the dnld to use with iMovie '09? Thanks.

Jim Sylus Harrington January 29th, 2010, 11:09 AM You will probably find that editing the 7D's native H264 codec will be troublesome. You will want to transcode the native files into a more editable friendly codec. I think iMovie likes the Apple Intermediate codec. Might be good to transcode to that for editing.
