Here is a public beta for the Project Management (trimming) feature within the CS4 CineForm importers.

Download: http://www.cineform.com/downloads/CineFormImporterWithTrimming.zip

Unzip into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS4\MediaCore\CineForm

Replace existing the AVI and MOV importers within this folder.

The trim feature only works for CineForm MOV files as well AVI (something CS3 doesn't and will not support.)
