Daniel von Euw Robert Rogoz January 24th, 2010, 11:54 PM One meter (about 3 ft), but it also has macro. Just a note: if you use macro- don't forget to turn it off or you'll lose focus while zooming. Daniel von Euw January 25th, 2010, 03:05 PM With my Canon XH A1 i can go to macro range without change the focus modus or stop filming. My next camera will be a AG-HMC41E or GY-HM100 and i have not think about this is normal or not until i read that the minimal focal distance of the AG-HMC41E is by 0.9 meter.
