if you're really handy man, you could probably build a bracket yourself
Steadicam | 8017900 Docking Bracket - for Merlin | 801-7900 (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/483597-REG/Steadicam_801_7900_8017900_Docking_Bracket_.html)
but you still need a stand, I use cheap C stand from ebay
EI803 7.3FT Studio Photo Video Light Stand lightStands on eBay.ca (http://cgi.ebay.ca/EI803-7-3FT-Studio-Photo-Video-Light-Stand-lightStands_W0QQitemZ130355429241QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item1e59c9ff79)
I use it for pilot , it comes with the docking bracket, which fits C stand perfect

this is built using an Apex mic stand microphone mount (about $10). i drilled a hole for a bolt that fit nicely in the Merlin handle and threaded a piece of flat metal for support (with kitchen drawer grip material taped on for padding and so the handle would not rotate). the nuts/washers lock on the bolt and also can adjust the right length for the bolt to fit in the Merlin handle.
