View Full Version : Where is my Authenticator?

Have just downloaded & installed the latest Mac Neo4K.
There is no Authenticator in the Cineform folder to enable me to enter my serial number.
All of my SI-2K footage is being watermarked now and I can't modify the looks in Firstlight.
How do I tell Neo4K that I have a number?

I don't know how it is on a Mac, but on a PC, it's in the Cineform/Prospect** subfolder and it's called "Activate".

I have entered the number before with out a problem.
Installing the new version seems to have wiped the number and now there is no way to re-enter it.

Have un-installed/re-installed several times. Have also tried to install previous versions of Neo4K but still no Authenticator.

Hi Rohan,

When I downloaded the latest update for MAC NEO4k, I couldn't find the authenticator either. After a bit of investigating, I found that it's functionality has been moved.

With the latest release, you need to go into your MAC System Preferences and click on "Cineform." When the Cineform preferences come up, you will see a new tab called "License." This is where you enter your serial number and activation code (you will see your "Challenge Code" here too).
