Not sure how to search for this answer... because I'm not sure what's at the heart of the issue...
I recently filmed a wedding with an XH-A1 at 24fps SD 16:9. My second hand-held was an HV40 (apparently and mistakenly set to 30fps, 16:9, SD).
Dumped all footage into FCP, let the software set up my sequence settings, edited together a 90 minute DVD keepsake and burned it to DVD via DVDSP (all software is FCP Suite 7.0).
Issue is: the footage captured from my XH (24fps) looks as tho it's lost resolution compared to the HV's footage.
Question: I've modified my sequence settings to and am re-rendering the video (2 hour processing time) to see if that'll fix things. Or should I be removing pull-down before again sending it to DVDSP?
Can someone hit me upside the head? Please?
