Tommy James July 1st, 2005, 10:21 AM Those 1080p televisions are a gimmick. When converting 1080i to 1080p deinterlacing is required. Deinterlacing is a nice word for a paint job. With deinterlacing you add detail that never before existed. I looked at some of those 1080p televisions and you can tell its phony. Whats wrong with a good 1080i CRT. 1080i is high enough definition without trying to doctor it up. |
