Was some kind of stabilizer used in aerial footage?

I too would like to know, what kind of stabilization was used in the aerial shot. Was the 5D mounted on the plane/helicopter itself?

edit: okay found it on vimeo comments:

- "Just used a monopod attached to the 5D with my rubber thong as a stabilizer. Fixed the rest up in FCP's smoothcam filter."
