I have the Manfrotto (Bogen) 525 legs and the 519 fluid head. If that is a dream combination I can't say. But it definitely is sturdy and pans and tilts are smooth like butter.

Wether this "dream combination" is too heavy for you or not is something you have to decide yourself. Personally, I would not like carrying it around all day long.
