Luc De Wandel August 3rd, 2011, 12:36 AM Bump, and open to reasonable offers. Gary Barr August 3rd, 2011, 03:13 AM Hi all, Back on the market at £4500 plus post to UK, can throw in a couple of Kensington adapters too. Thanks. Jonathan Hust August 3rd, 2011, 08:51 AM I'll take it per my email.. Haven't received a response yet Christoph Gelfand August 3rd, 2011, 09:07 AM Barely used Pelican 1690 case in green color. It's a big case- perfect for storing lights and other stuff. I cut the foam for two Kino Diva lights, but I have some extra foam for you to arrange whatever you want in there. A few minor usage scuffs. Asking $135. Best offer takes it. Local p/u in Philadelphia/Northeast region only. Michael Ferrara August 3rd, 2011, 10:06 AM I meant I can get a new one for 30 bucks more than what he is selling it for. Fact is it is used regardless of what condition. Edward Mendoza August 3rd, 2011, 11:23 AM My misunderstanding, Michael F. Michael H., I'm thinking about it. I'm working on a $500 budget. I'm contemplating whether to spend on two fast lenses (EF 85mm 1.8, EF 50mm 1.8 Mk I), or one really good, really fast lens (EF 50mm 1.4) and a viewing monitor. With the former, I'm stuck trying to get a good focus on the camera's small LCD monitor (in SD for that matter); with the latter, I lose length without a longer lens. Ed Kelly August 3rd, 2011, 03:42 PM ANYONE HAVE A HD SHOULDER MOUNT CAMCORDER TO TURN LOOSE, PREFERABLY JVC?? CONTACT ME AT: TVCAM20@HOTMAIL.COM thanks ed k Gabor Heeres August 3rd, 2011, 04:33 PM Just would like to add that I've bought used gear from Gary twice without any issues. Both, the DSR-11 deck and the EX1, are still in regular use and have worked flawlessly since I bought them from gary. Would have no hesitation to buy items from him again. Perfect partner to buy used items. Michael Herrick August 3rd, 2011, 07:59 PM Ya that's a tough decision, I'm sure you know that this is a great lens and you won't be sorry, but it's up to you, just let me know! Kevin Sawicki August 3rd, 2011, 10:08 PM Where are you located? William James Ryan August 3rd, 2011, 11:42 PM Cool Lights LED600 Fully Dimmable 600 LED Panel , good as new. The base plate is the older version but it still gets the job done. This is not the heavy support rig but depending on the camera you won't need it. To make it a heavy support rig I believe it's an extra 60 dollars to get the pieces from Cinevate. The extra grip was specified NOT to have it tight locked so that I could unscrew it and use it to mount different accessories on the rig. It is a very well looked after piece of equipment that was barely used (As I tended to use my monopod more and more). Condition: There is very little wear/tear on the item. I don't think you could ask for a better kept piece of gear. Shipping: This item is shipped to Japan via EMS. Japan Post can be a bit slow because of the earthquake/tsunami but usually items arrive in 4-5 business days. This item is sent insured and you will receive a tracking number. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the buyer's responsibility. You can contact me at jasonmcdonald @ studiof7 dot com and make an offer. I'm actually looking to invest in one of Cinevate's tracking systems which is why I'm selling this guy. Gary Barr August 4th, 2011, 12:49 AM You're a star Gabor, thanks very much for that! Glad the kit's working out well for you and that you're as busy as you want to be. Christoph Gelfand August 4th, 2011, 07:40 AM Item has Sold. Christoph Gelfand August 4th, 2011, 07:47 AM Thank you Brian! Gear arrived in perfect condition. Great communication the whole time! Edward Mendoza August 4th, 2011, 12:47 PM Hi guys, I'm selling a Shape Paparazzi I DSLR Stabilizer. Really nice, lightweight handheld rig for your camera, fitted with multiple threaded holes for accessories (1/4-20, 3/8-16) like wireless mic receivers, shotgun mics, external light, articulating arms, etc. You can also attach to your tripod or monopod. I've added a link below for more information. I only used it for one wedding so it's in like new condition with original box. $115. Email me if you have any questions. Thanks guys.... PAPARAZZI I (http://www.shapewlb.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=n_estore.tpl&product_id=43&category_id=11&vmcchk=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=105) Jeff Harper August 4th, 2011, 12:58 PM Edward you might consider this lens and then getting a Rokinon 85mm F/1.4. You'll be over budget, but the difference would be well worth every penney. I'm ordering the Rokinon today myself. Michael, $60 below new of an in-demand product such as this lens is perfectly fine, your price is fine, but you already know that! Edward Mendoza August 4th, 2011, 03:23 PM Thanks for the head's up, Jeff. I'll do some research. Victor Boyko August 4th, 2011, 06:01 PM Lowering price to $500 Michael Herrick August 4th, 2011, 06:18 PM Edward, someone is supposedly coming tomorrow to buy the lens, but if you want it, I will let you buy it because you contacted me first about it, so let me know before tomorrow Edward Mendoza August 4th, 2011, 07:51 PM I appreciate that very much, Mike. I'll let you know before night's end...assessing the options.... Derek Grimes August 4th, 2011, 09:45 PM I have the opportunity to start a video production program at the school where I teach. Problem is...very little money. If you have some old equipment that is gathering dust that you could make a great deal on for some aspiring young film makers, please message me. I am looking for everything from lights to cams to mics to computers to software. We have very little. If you are inspired to donate anything, I can get you a donation letter for tax purposes. Thanks!! Michael Herrick August 4th, 2011, 10:02 PM Alright sounds good Edward Mendoza August 5th, 2011, 12:05 AM Hey Mike, I think I'm gonna pass on the lens. I appreciate the opportunity though. Oddly enough, the Rokinon suggestion has thrown me into a loop and I don't feel any closer to a solution. Jeff Harper August 5th, 2011, 01:49 AM Edward, the 50mm is almost a must have, I would buy it myself if it had a manual aperture ring, as my old 50mm FD mount doesn't have the coatings the newer lens has. Michael, sorry for butting in, I should've stayed out, thought I was being helpful. Eugene J. Kulak August 5th, 2011, 10:00 AM I have updated my system and no longer need the following: Matrox RTx2 Pro - $500 Matrox Compress HD - $250 Nvidia GeForce GTX 280 Video Card - $150 All items are in very good condition. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. William James Ryan August 5th, 2011, 10:41 AM $500 for kit , I'll pay priority shipping. $600 buys the kit and x2 Bescor xlr batteries and a charger, I'll cover shipping. William James Ryan August 5th, 2011, 10:43 AM $375 or make a reasonable offer William James Ryan August 5th, 2011, 12:23 PM Sony UWP-V1 Wireless Mic Great Condition $375 or make reasonable offer, I'll pay priority shipping Sorry for crappy pics, mic is brand new, box included, most everything is still in wrapping. Receipt from BH avail if needed. Willryandocs@gmail.com Christopher Glavan August 5th, 2011, 12:57 PM Is this still available? Michael Herrick August 5th, 2011, 03:05 PM Edward, the lens is still for sale, the guy that came actually was looking at the other lens I have for sale, I got them mixed up William James Ryan August 5th, 2011, 03:20 PM Sorry for hijacking thread, sold thx Edward Mendoza August 5th, 2011, 03:33 PM Hey guys. Jeff, don't worry about it, it wasn't your fault...I can be a little indecisive, especially when it comes to getting the most bang for my buck. I know the significance of the 50mm, I used to own the 1.8 Mk II and loved every second of it until I dropped and broke it on a shoot in Baltimore this past year. That's why I'm looking at the 1.8 Mk I--half the price of the 1.4 and still a great image. I looked at the Rokinon 85mm. Sounds really good, my only issue is the lack of auto-focus. I use my lenses for photography as well, and I'll shoot a lot of fast-action at times, hence the need for the auto-focus. Otherwise, this seems to be a fantastic pick for video. Thanks for the head's up, Mike. Dan Asseff August 5th, 2011, 04:03 PM What is the frequency? Dan William James Ryan August 5th, 2011, 04:46 PM 42/44 , 638-662 mhz Thanks! Robert M Wright August 5th, 2011, 05:20 PM Photos added - see below. I'm selling my son's HV20 for him. It's been exceptionally well cared for and is in excellent condition, both cosmetically and functionally. Included is the camcorder itself, battery, AC adapter/cord, UV filter, a new tape, and the manual in PDF format on a CD (nothing else). Asking $295 (which includes standard shipping anywhere in the lower 48). I'll accept PayPal from anybody who's a long-standing regular here, but would actually prefer a USPS money order or personal check. (PayPal is very convenient, but I really dislike them. Despite their wonderful sounding assurances to the contrary, in reality, they do almost nothing to protect either buyers or sellers from low-life scammers - not exactly a rarity here on the internet.) Disclaimer: The camera is in excellent condition (pretty dang close to mint condition) and I'll test it right before shipping, just to double check and make sure it's working properly when I box it up. Take good care of it, like my son did, and it should work great for a long time to come. That said, this is indeed a used camcorder and I'm just a regular guy, not a retail store, so it is sold "as-is" with absolutely no warranty whatsoever and I cannot accept returns or issue refunds, with the single following exception: If somehow the camcorder should arrive DOA, notify me within 24 hours, return the camcorder promptly, and I'll happily refund the purchase price. DOA means "dead upon arrival" - NOT destroyed after letting the dog chew on it, dropping it off the balcony to see if it bounces, or trying to jam a VHS tape in it, etc. 24 hours means just that, 24 hours - NOT a couple days, weeks, months or years. Promptly means promptly, as in ASAP. Also, again because this is the internet and somebody will probably ask: I will not accept pesos, nor will I ship to anybody's long-lost cousin, the missionary in Angola (or anything else goofy like that). Greg Chisholm August 5th, 2011, 05:21 PM Kit is sold! Jeff Harper August 5th, 2011, 09:29 PM The lack of autofocus isn't as much a concern for a lot of guys like me that shoot with the GH2, we have to learn to manual focus a lot using third party lenses anyway. Edward Mendoza August 5th, 2011, 11:36 PM Even for something like, say, sports photography? You're good. (Sorry Mike, we've hijacked your thread) Jeff Harper August 5th, 2011, 11:43 PM Don't do sports. Don Bloom August 6th, 2011, 06:41 AM Bump!!! Anyone??? Make a legit offer -and I'll ask him. this is an awesome tripod and head, just more than he needs and he'd really like to find a new home for it. Eugene J.
