Timothy McLin February 6th, 2011, 06:46 AM I have a Century Precision Optics 0LA-N13M-00 Nikon to 1/3" Bayonet Lens Mount Adapter that I bought from B&H awhile back and used all of once, mounting a lens for a few tests, without actually using it on a job. It'd be great for Macro work to anybody shooting on a 1/3" mount or even to just get some Nikon glass on your camera with the right lens and situation.
The B&H price, which can be seen in the link below is $379.95. I was thinking I'd sell $330 shipped, $50 off retail.
I haven't really been around these forums lately, unfortunately and I've always been more of a lurker than anything, so its probably best to email me if you're interested at heibie (at) hotmail Dot Com although I will be checking back here as well. Thanks!

Jared Teter February 6th, 2011, 09:56 AM I think that I am overpriced on the camera so I'm reducing it once again. Price is now $5400.
Mike Brice February 6th, 2011, 10:29 AM I sent you an e-mail via your KSL listing (I am just up in Ogden) - I guess you didn't get it.
As a corporate communicator looking to upgrade from our flips and older DV cameras, my question was regarding editing.
What did you use to edit the files - we use Final Cut Express right now, and I don't know if we would have to upgrade to Final Cut?
Thanks
Mike
Mark Schlicher February 6th, 2011, 11:21 AM A heads-up that I am now offering the rig ONLY in the no-batteries-included configuration. Decided to keep my batteries.
No problem for you though, if you don't already have batteries and chargers, there are some excellent deals on ebay for compatible battery systems and chargers for very reasonable prices. Look for "v-lock", "v-mount" or "IDX" batteries.
Email me with any questions. One way or the other this rig is going to be sold this week. If I don't get a cash buyer by Monday Feb 14 it's going to a local buyer in a cash/trade deal.
Tom Robertson February 6th, 2011, 11:56 AM Sauti, I have replied to your email and will be happy to sell the battery grip to you pending
payment vai Paypal.
I also have the original box and "AA" battery carrier that came with
it when new. First buyer to provide payment will get the item.
The item looks and performs "as new".
Thank you for your interest and hope to hear from you soon.

Jared Teter February 6th, 2011, 01:01 PM Hey Mike, I'm sorry I didn't get your earlier message. I use Final Cut Studio to edit. I've never used Final Cut Express so I'm not sure how the XF300 files will work with Express

Mike Brice February 6th, 2011, 02:32 PM Keep me in mind - I don't have $5400 right now, but if some odd chance you wanted to trade for a Nikon D3 or a Leica M8.2, I am your man.
Feel free to contact me offline - mike@mikebrice.com
I would love to get a deal on the camera, but I don't want to lowball you if you have a better opportunity.

Robert Turchick February 6th, 2011, 03:08 PM Holy crap! If I wasn't building a studio I'd jump all over this! I will forward to a few people not on the forum who have mentioned how much they like the quality coming out of mine!
Carl Matthews February 6th, 2011, 04:34 PM Show some good pic's, close up's etc and someone may be interested! The price may have something to do with your sale also!
Sauti Za Bongo February 6th, 2011, 04:42 PM payment sent..
Dave Gosley February 6th, 2011, 06:24 PM Canon 6X wide angle lens - in mint condition, with sacrificial filter fitted from new.
Supplied in it's travel pouch - in it's OEM box.
This was advertised with a camera, and the camera sold leaving me with this alone on the shelf. I don't have a Canon camera anymore so it's pointless me holding on to it.
You know what they are worth new so you'll know this is a bargain at $1,500
I'll post to most places once funds are received.
Tom Robertson February 6th, 2011, 06:39 PM SOLD! Thank you!
J. Stephen McDonald February 6th, 2011, 10:29 PM These two items are lightly used and in top condition. To simplify transactions, I will pay shipping and insurance within CONUS and have set the prices slightly higher to cover the cost. Click on my name at the upper left, to bring up the page to send me an E-mail.
The VX-2100 DV camcorder has only about 10 hours of recording and has never been used for playback in editing or for rewinding. All accessories and an operator's manual are included with a higher-capacity NP-F570 battery substituted for the original. The large, barndoor hood with a closing lens cover comes with it. I have the manufacturer's box and will provide a copy of the sales invoice for my purchase of it. I paid $2,400. and will sell for $1,100. I will also sell a Sony VCL-HG1758 1.7X telextender lens, that was made for this camcorder series. I paid $269. for it and if you buy the camcorder will sell it for $100. extra. I ask $135. for it, if bought separately. It mounts directly on the 58mm threads of the VX-2100 and the VX-2000 camcorder models. I have lens caps for both ends and a thick, leather-like drawstring bag for it.
The GV-D1000 DV VTR is a mini-sized type, with a viewscreen and audio speakers. It's been used on a limited basis for playback to computers for editing and for re-recording to DV tapes from other digital and analog formats. All accessories are included with an operator's manual, a remote controler and a CD-ROM. This little VTR can be run on a plug-in AC power converter or on a Sony camcorder battery of the M or FM-series. It can also charge those batteries when it's connected to the AC power supply. A copy of the sales invoice for my purchase of it will be furnished. Sorry, I can't find the manufacturer's box. I paid $1,049. for it and will sell for $525.
If anyone buys all three items, including the telextender lens, I'll discount the total price by 10%.
Here's a link to a photo of my VX-2100, tricked-out with a lens hood and shoulder-mount. Neither of these two accessories would be included in what I'm offering for sale.

For rush delivery and sales outside Continental U.S. the buyer makes up any difference.
Mark Schlicher February 7th, 2011, 06:37 AM Are you interested? If so, I'll be happy to send photos. As for the price, I consider it quite fair, but if you wish to make a serious offer, I will entertain it.
If you are not actually interested, then please don't thread-crap. Thank you.

The condition is excellent. Like new. It recently came back from canon from a regular tune up.

The GY-HM700 natively records Apple’s QuickTime™ (MOV) file format for Final Cut Pro. Files can be read directly into Apple’s Final Cut, and for compatibility with other NLE systems, the GY-HM700 also records to the MP4 file format. The GY-HM700 combines JVC's popular compact shoulder form factor with a new level of performance suitable for demanding applications in mainstream production, electronic newsgathering and cinematography. Weighing only 3.5kG including lens, viewfinder, microphone and battery, the GY-HM700 rests comfortably on the right shoulder providing stable, steady shots without the weight of normal shoulder mounted cameras.

Ryan Hollings February 7th, 2011, 03:16 PM Items Sold.
Dustin Tran February 7th, 2011, 05:04 PM Would you please post the hours meter of the camcorder?
Mark L. Whalen February 7th, 2011, 05:12 PM Would you please post the hours meter of the camcorder?
Sure. Attached is a photo of the hour meter.
Bear in mind this camera has been used almost exclusively indoors for recording depositions, so it's not been exposed to weather. It's also mostly been used as a camera head for the past couple of years because I was capturing to a Firestore unit and DVD recorder as backup. That's why the drum hours are fairly low for a 5 year old camcorder at 680 hours.
Alejandro Vargas February 7th, 2011, 06:00 PM right now i am ingesting video from a PD170 that gets loaned to me from the A/V dept at my job and DAMN!!!
i want one!
i know it is DV, and i already have an HD camera (HMC40)
but the video on this is so clear
and the amount of manual controls is awesome!
good back-up camera and good eating-shit-camera to play with.
i want it so bad....
Jeff Harper February 7th, 2011, 06:02 PM Camera is SOLD.
Jared Teter February 7th, 2011, 09:46 PM Thanks Robert. I too am a surprised that I haven't sold the camera yet. I would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks again.
Matt Cikovic February 7th, 2011, 10:27 PM Is this the model with the (VC) Vibration Compensation?
Jonathan Bufkin February 7th, 2011, 10:30 PM No, it does not.
David Chia February 7th, 2011, 11:10 PM items have been sold...
J. Stephen McDonald February 8th, 2011, 12:42 AM Mark, if you can't get a buyer for the PD170 at the low price you're asking, you might check with B&H Photo and get a quote to sell it to their Used Dept. They have one used PD170 on sale now and they want $1,995. for it. However, their quote page has a checkbox for "under 500 drum hours" and it's not clear how much they'd offer for one with 680 hours. Their basic quote if it has less than 500 hours is $950.
Zach Love February 8th, 2011, 12:53 AM 503HDV SOLD!
Gitzo legs & everything else still for sale.
Feel free to make an offer.
Timothy McLin February 8th, 2011, 01:01 AM Oops, didn't include the B&H link in the original post. Here it is:
Nikon Mount at B&H
Larry Huntington February 8th, 2011, 01:01 AM I have the lens you are looking for, if you haven't found it already. Please contact me if you are interested.
It's listed here: http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/private-classifieds/489494-fujinon-xs8x4as-xb8-8x-wide-lens-ex-3-a.html
Thanks, Larry
Matt Cikovic February 8th, 2011, 01:01 AM Would $275 shipped work?
Larry Huntington February 8th, 2011, 01:09 AM I'll offer $2600 which includes shipping/paypal/insurance. This is my final offer. This is an amazing deal for a lens of this quality. When this lens is fully dialed in properly using the EX3 menu, it is superior in every way to the stock lens. I can give more comparisons of this lens vs. the stock Fujinon if desired.
Mark L. Whalen February 8th, 2011, 07:23 AM Mark, if you can't get a buyer for the PD170 at the low price you're asking, you might check with B&H Photo and get a quote to sell it to their Used Dept. They have one used PD170 on sale now and they want $1,995. for it. However, their quote page has a checkbox for "under 500 drum hours" and it's not clear how much they'd offer for one with 680 hours. Their basic quote if it has less than 500 hours is $950.
Thanks, Steve. I really just want the camera to go to a good home at this point - not that I have anything against B&H. I'd checked their quote page before listing the camera on this forum. Per their site, B&H isn't interested in anything with over 500 hours for this particular model.
Donald Giesen February 8th, 2011, 09:11 AM Did you get my email? I sent another one a few hours ago. I'm ready to purchase.
