Which is the best way to capture video?
1) Using an interface device like the Canopus ADVC100.
2) Using a DV camera.
And what program/codec provides better results?
1) WinDV
2) XP video program
2) Other editing program (Premiere, Vegas, Avid)
Usually I capture programs off-the-air direct from my satellite tuner, using the Canopus. Now I am transferring all my S-VHS tapes to DVD-RW. As I now have a Sony PDX10, I might use it to convert analog to digital.
But I wonder which would be the better combination for above options.
