I don't agree that you should turn on Highlight Tone Priority for video. I have now started shooting without it and other blogs that once said to turn it on have now changed their statements.

He does mention that blurring the chroma channel will resolve moire and aliasing that occurs in 60p, but that only helps if the moire pattern is more dominant in the green channel. It won't be something that always helps.

HTP on is good for outdoor, it preserve the highlight details by lower iso and boost the low and high, that is why you can't go below iso 200, but if you use it indoor under low light, noise will be more in the shadows so you should turn it off indoor under high iso low light situation.
